Buying a home for the first time can be scary. My daughter didn’t even know if they would qualify. Richard referred her to a loan originator, in no time she was pre-approved. Richard helped Jami find a house that was nicer then she imagined & in her price range. There were many challenges during the process, due to the market. Richard calmed the kids & walked them thru the process. Although it appeared there was going to be a bidding war, Richard showed the kids how to avoid one.
