A lot of talk about the state of the market right now. Inventory is way up and that means buyers have more homes to choose from. So what does that mean to you the buyer? It means for the first time in sometime you might have a little leverage. Not so many people trying to just get into one house. Now you may have several homes to look at. What this means is you the seller have to be a little patient. And you the buyer do not have to be in such a feeding frenzy. All and all it is becoming a "normal market". In the grand scheme of things I think a healthier housing market. All that said I too, hope interest rates come down....
