This is the truth. Richard listed our home at 9:00 p.m. Friday night and held an open house the next day. More than 100 people came through and by the end of the day there were 7 offers, all at or above asking price. How did he do it? First, advice. He offered suggestions for staging our home to make it look its best even though we were still living in it. Second, photos. He recommended a specific photographer who made our home look its very best in the advertising, so much so that I wanted to buy it. That created traffic. Third, price. He advised us to price it right, not too high he said, or it would reduce traffic. It was priced higher than Zillow and sold for well over asking price. Trust Richard to sell your house.
